For smaller investments, we work with investors via Crowdfunding platforms. Details of our current investment offers, as well as information regarding past investment offers are shown on this page. It’s now possible to invest pension funds in our Crowdfunded projects using a SSAS. We seek to offer investors projected annual returns of 20-30% on equity investments in development projects.

Argyle Morley Apartments

This is a new opportunity to invest in a residential project located in a good inner city suburb of Bristol. This project is to build 10 premium two bedroom apartments in Speedwell, Bristol.


Planning permission has been granted by Bristol City Council for 10 no. Two bedroom apartments. Bristol City Council Planning reference 19/04291/F. This opportunity has a projected GDV of £2,355,000, calculated using agent quotes and recent comparables.


The land will be purchased in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) which will be incorporated specifically for this purpose, Beaumont (Argyle) Ltd. The SPV is raising £400,000 against a forecast return on investment of 37% over 18 Months (25% per annum) for investors.

Investment for this project is being raised via LEOpropcrowd Crowdfunding. LEOpropcrowd (FRN 821497) is an Appointed Representative of Share In Ltd (FRN 603332), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
